GTA 6 Collector's Box Has No Game Inside. Here Is What You Get Before You Pay
The GTA 6 collector's box is a premium, limited physical collectible set called The Goodtime State, Vice City Collection. It is a separate purchase from the Standard and Ultimate Editions of the game and does not include a copy of GTA 6. Pre-orders for this box opened on 24 September 2026 and are available while supplies last.
Kotaku reports that The Goodtime State, Vice City Collection costs $400 on Rockstar's store. The box is inspired by the in-game Leonida TV show character Macca the Gator and contains a range of physical items.

How to get the collector's box and what to know
Pre-orders for this collector's box opened on 24 September 2026. Rockstar has not confirmed if more stock will be produced after the initial run sells out.
It is important to understand this is a physical merchandise collection. It is not a game edition. If you want to play GTA 6, you must buy a Standard or Ultimate Edition separately. The Ultimate Edition itself contains digital Goodtime Gear apparel inspired by Macca the Gator, but that is distinct from the physical items in this collector's box.
GTA 6 game editions and launch details
GTA 6 is confirmed to launch on 19 November 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S. Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick has publicly reaffirmed this date with no further delays expected.
Rockstar has confirmed that boxed copies of GTA 6 contain a download code, and outlets report there will be no Blu-ray game disc at launch. This applies to the Standard and Ultimate Edition physical boxes. Pre-loading begins on 12 November 2026, one week before launch.
What has not been confirmed yet
Kotaku reports the set is listed at $400 on Rockstar's store. Rockstar has not detailed an online mode or announced a PC release date, and the age rating so far comes from the store listings, which show ESRB M and PEGI 18.
Based on the historical gap for GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2, a PC version could arrive around 2027, but that is only an estimate from past patterns. No official GTA 6 weapon or vehicle lists have been published, and the voice cast remains uncredited.
